I am very passionate about the benefits that exercising in water can give people recovering from illness or surgery or those wishing to improve their general fitness, strength & flexibility.
I find it exciting to think of different ways to use buoyancy, body position, levers, reduced body weight, currents and turbulence to design an exercise program unlike anything that can be done on land. A pool heated to 32 degrees gives everybody an immediate feeling of comfort and relaxation leading to decreased pain and anxiety as well as a general sense of wellbeing.
